We want every participant to feel they got value. Here's how cancellations work.

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel a booking, here's our tiered policy based on how much notice you give before the session date.

Full refund
Or full credit toward a future session, your choice.
48 hrs – 7 days
50% refund
Or full credit for rescheduling to another date.
Under 48 hrs
No refund
Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

Digital products and downloadable content (e.g. challenge guides, worksheets) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

How to request a cancellation

Send us an email with your name and booking confirmation. We'll check your session date, confirm which tier applies, and process the refund directly, typically within 14 business days to the original payment method.

If we cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any session due to unforeseen circumstances. In that case, you'll be offered a full refund or an alternative date, whichever you prefer.
